Eligibility Criteria Requirements
For Doctor of Physical Therapy program, duration of the course is 5 years as an annual system. 40 seats have been announced for this program. To apply for this program, the applicant should be having a Punjab Domicile and should have passed their FCS pre medical in 60% of the marks score which makes 660/1100.

 

For BS in Genetics & Molecular Biology program, duration of the course is 5 years as a semester system. 35 seats have been announced for this program. To apply for this program, the applicant should be having a Punjab Domicile and should have passed their FCS pre medical in 50% of the marks score which makes 550/1100.

 

For BS in Biomedical Sciences program, duration of the course is 4 years as a semester system. 35 seats have been announced for this program. To apply for this program, the applicant should be having a Punjab Domicile and should have passed their FCS pre medical in 50% of the marks score which makes 550/1100.

 

If you want to apply for BS in Blood Transfusion program, duration of the course is 4 years as a semester system. 10 seats have been announced for this program. To apply for this program, the applicant should be having a Punjab Domicile and should have passed their FCS pre medical in 50% of the marks score which makes 550/1100.

 

For BS in Public Health program, duration of the course is 4 years as a semester system. 40 seats have been announced for this program. To apply for this program, the applicant should be having a Punjab Domicile and should have passed their FCS pre medical in 50% of the marks score which makes 550/1100.

 

How to Apply in UHS Lahore?
Students can apply for the submission of application through online processing system or through manual submission. You can get the admission application form from www.uhs.edu.pk. Students have to submit the deposit slip of application processing fee which is Rs 2000. Form has to be submitted before the closing date otherwise it will not be accepted at all.
